Describe any noticeable scratches, scuffs or other cosmetic damage to avoid bad customer reviews – and price accordingly
If you don’t accept returns, we recommend pricing your phone a little lower than sellers who accept returns so you are priced competitive

Expired listings can be re-activated by re-running diagnostics tests on our mobile app

Shipping
Free ground shipping is included in the listing price.
Buyers have the option to pay for USPS Priority shipping if they want their phone quicker.
Phones must be shipped within 3 days of buyer payment to avoid platform penalties or possible account suspension.
Dispute Management
If diagnostics test results don’t match when the buyer receives the phone, payment will be held in the smart contract until the dispute is resolved. The buyer will have the option to negotiate a lower price for the phone directly with the seller or open a dispute.

All disputes will be managed by Glyde Customer Service Representatives who will first work with the buyer to ensure they ran diagnostics correctly. If there is no issue and the phone condition has changed, the seller is responsible to pay the return shipping. The buyer will have 2-business days from when you provide the shipping label to ship the phone back to you. If they fail to ship the phone within the 2-business day window the funds will be released to you. You will have 2 business days from the shipping delivery confirmation to confirm you received the phone, or the funds will be released to the buyer.
If the seller believes the phone was damaged in transit, they can file a shipping insurance claim with USPS which is included in all Glyde transactions.
